Hospital to Home End of Year Recap

Happy New Year to you all! We hope you had an enjoyable Christmas and New Year that wasn’t too impacted by Covid.

2021...a Year to Remember

2021 has been an amazing year for H2H not least because it is the year that H2H was born!

It has been a remarkable journey this year and we are confident 2022 will see our users unlocking the benefits and savings H2H delivers.

Recent Developments

Over the past couple of months we have been working on hard on getting some key back end processes tidied up with H2H.  These are often updates which aren’t see on the front end but ensure that H2H is running and performing well.

Reporting Suite

A key development for our users is on the brink of being released this month. Hospital to Home currently offers a series of preset reports which give both a snapshot view of the data or an OverTime view to track trends. The Reporting Suite will allow users with appropriate permissions to create their own reports and to publish them out to their organisation. This will unlock a lot more of the data in Hospital to Home and allow Local Authorities to create their own reports with the subject, breakdowns and filters that they need for reporting on the D2A process.

On the Roadmap for 2022

The key developments we are looking forward to delivering in 2022 are:

Improved reporting features as mentioned above.

Interoperability – there is exciting work currently taking place wit North Lincs and Goole Hospital Trust and we are developing that integration to FHIR standards, a real positive for H2H utilising the most advanced API standards in the world of Health.

Extension into Intermediate Care – This first quarter of 2022 should see us kickoff the work on Intermediate Care. As we speak to more and more Local Authorities and Adult Social Care teams the Intermediate Care requirement is one which is continually raised. This much needed extension of the H2H functionality will be a key development in 2022 and we look forward to working with our existing users on shaping this work.
